I haven't found a better Japanese restaurant in the area.
We return whenever we're in the neighborhood. Conveniently located in Mourillon.
16/02/2026: We ate there on the evening of February 11th. No complaints whatsoever. The food was excellent and the service very pleasant. We had already been several times in the past during other stays in Toulon and it was a pleasure to return.

The pieces are incredibly thin... Disappointing 😞

11/04/2026: As a regular sushi eater, this little restaurant is a wonderful discovery! The menu is varied and the sushi is very fresh, with a balanced and refined blend of flavors in the other dishes. The welcome is warm and the service impeccable!

08/04/2026: Order placed at 7 PM, delivered at 9:40 PM 😅
Over 2.5 hours of waiting for sushi is really excessive, especially on a Tuesday evening… I don't even want to imagine what it's like on a weekend.
If you can't meet reasonable delivery times, it would be better not to offer delivery at all. 🙂 This is our second order, and our last.
07/04/2026: Almost a 3-hour wait for a sushi order (for 2 people). When we called, they told us we'd be delivered quickly... 3 calls to find out where our order was, and no transparency or alternative offered (we could have picked it up ourselves).
Don't offer delivery if you can't handle it.
When the order finally arrived, what a surprise to see it had come by car and not on foot!
They're taking their customers for fools. The sushi was good, but we won't be ordering from them again. Service and respect for the customer are just as important as quality!

14/04/2026: Excellent sushi and small dishes prepared to order. We even received gifts from the chef, like salmon skewers! We love this place, whether for takeout or dining in.
They also have children's menus: breaded chicken nuggets for them!
Highly recommended.
05/03/2026: I had a wonderful time at this sushi restaurant in Le Pradet. The welcome was particularly warm thanks to Matthieu, who was very friendly and attentive, which immediately put me at ease.
The sushi was delicious, very fresh, and prepared with care—I truly enjoyed it from beginning to end. You can feel the passion and desire to do things well.
A fantastic place that I highly recommend. I'll definitely be back!

16/04/2026: The welcome and service were absolutely terrible, the restaurant was unbearably hot, there was no air conditioning, and the soundproofing was terrible. The food wasn't any better: tough duck, overcooked salmon, etc. In short, don't go there.

16/04/2024: I've been coming quite often for several years and the sushi is very good! The only downside is that there is too much rice vinegar and after eating several sushis the taste of vinegar is present in the mouth :/ perhaps you could use a little less when preparing the rice? Other than that I recommend!
09/03/2024: A nice sushi restaurant. We had a good evening. The chirachi with avocados is good and well made, the maki sushi are quite decent.
The Poke Bol is really good, a mix of everything! We will come back to this.

So we came back 4 months later and we were a little disappointed: Shasimi Luxe is only in name. And for the chirachi this time it’s meh. Taste-wise, it's average, especially since the thickness of the fish slices is too thin and doesn't allow for good tasting. Even on the dish of yakisoba (which are just noodles), we lacked quantity...
