13/04/2024: Delivery scheduled for 9:30 p.m.
At 10 p.m. I call to find out what time I will be delivered and there I come across a cold lady, who looks down on me and replies curtly that I will be delivered without telling me when and doesn't even take the trouble to ask. 'apologize for the delay.
Not professional at all!
