It's good
09/11/2025: The conveyor belt concept is original and visually appealing, a welcome change from traditional buffets. Unfortunately, the buffet selection is quite limited: you quickly get tired of the plates that go by. The sushi contains far too much rice compared to the fish, which makes the meal feel heavy and detracts from the enjoyment.
The atmosphere is also quite noisy, which doesn't make for a very pleasant experience if you're looking for a quiet moment.
It's a shame, because the basic idea is really good, but the execution falls short. By comparison, I much prefer the Nagoya near the train station: admittedly, they take a little longer to prepare orders, but at least the quality and freshness are always there.

On average, you'll wait 1.5 hours.
No organization.
Only one person prepares the sushi/maki/sashimi.
Slow, slow, slow.
It's a shame to go back.
Hire more staff to keep things running!
01/07/2025: Avoid! The service was exceptionally slow and lazy. We waited a very long time. But we ordered something that you can cut and serve directly. We waited an hour!

23/01/2024: I have been ordering for 4 years, the spring rolls are excellent. fast service and average price for Japan. the dishes are a little dry but if you like soy sauce it goes very well.
