Paul and his team are very professional, friendly, and remarkably efficient. I recommend this restaurant without reservation.

Everything is fresh and homemade, and the selection is wide and high-quality.
As an added bonus, they also offer a menu of Japanese specialties made to order, guaranteeing maximum freshness.
Furthermore, the owner is very friendly, always smiling, and very organized.
I highly recommend it.

It was a wonderful discovery! We traveled during our meal, which reminded us of Japan ❤️ The chef presented each dish to us, and we were able to chat with her; it was very enriching!

No nougat, no more than six packets of soy sauce, and the sashimi was cut increasingly thin. The restaurant isn't bad, but it has declined significantly in quality. I understand inflation and all that, but still...

Also, the matcha sushi wasn't really green like in the picture; the photo is misleading. I thought it was a true matcha green, just a little powder on top.
The sushi wasn't very fresh.
