06/01/2026: We went there twice to eat during our stay at Château de Germigney. I enjoyed the food very much. The service was excellent, and the staff gave us wine recommendations that paired very well with the food. I loved the food, and when I ate it, I could tell that the chefs were meticulous with the preparation, giving the food a special touch. We will definitely go back if we're in the area.

03/01/2026: We arrived 10 minutes before closing time, and the owner's friendliness immediately won us over. The food, atmosphere, and service were impeccable. Thank you.

18/04/2026: Third visit in 20 years, everything was wonderful, from the hotel to the restaurant, except for one thing! At one point during the service, I mentioned to the waiter that we were there for the third time and that everything was just as it had been before. The waiter replied, "Can I continue my shift? Because you're telling me your life story, but I have work to do." With the gentle tone of a high-ranking waiter, I deliberately didn't react so as not to spoil my daughter's birthday and the otherwise pleasant evening. This gentleman is of a certain age and seems to have been with the establishment for a long time. I won't be back until he retires; our table was shocked. I didn't want to lower the bill because everything else was perfect. The rest of the staff who looked after us were pleasant, polite, and had a nice sense of humor.

24/03/2026: We had a wonderful weekend at Château de Germigney to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's the perfect place to recharge, and even though the estate is a bit secluded, the peace and beauty of the location are well worth it. Highlights of our stay: The welcome: The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. We immediately felt at ease, with attentive service throughout our stay. The food: Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Special mention goes to the expert wine recommendations, which perfectly complemented our dishes. The breakfast buffet is also of very high quality, with a wide variety of choices. The room: Very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. We felt truly at home. The spa: Although intimate in size, it is very well equipped. The treatments we received were simply outstanding—a truly relaxing experience. In short, a magical interlude and an address we wholeheartedly recommend for a special occasion. Thank you to the entire team!
