Chateau de Germigney sur Port-Lesney

Third visit in 20 years, everything was wonderful, from the hotel to the restaurant, except for one thing! At one point during the service, I mentioned to the waiter that we were there for the third time and that everything was just as it had been before. The waiter replied, "Can I continue my shift? Because you're telling me your life story, but I have work to do." With the gentle tone of a high-ranking waiter, I deliberately didn't react so as not to spoil my daughter's birthday and the otherwise pleasant evening. This gentleman is of a certain age and seems to have been with the establishment for a long time. I won't be back until he retires; our table was shocked. I didn't want to lower the bill because everything else was perfect. The rest of the staff who looked after us were pleasant, polite, and had a nice sense of humor.

We had a wonderful weekend at Château de Germigney to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It's the perfect place to recharge, and even though the estate is a bit secluded, the peace and beauty of the location are well worth it. Highlights of our stay: The welcome: The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. We immediately felt at ease, with attentive service throughout our stay. The food: Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Special mention goes to the expert wine recommendations, which perfectly complemented our dishes. The breakfast buffet is also of very high quality, with a wide variety of choices. The room: Very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped. We felt truly at home. The spa: Although intimate in size, it is very well equipped. The treatments we received were simply outstanding—a truly relaxing experience. In short, a magical interlude and an address we wholeheartedly recommend for a special occasion. Thank you to the entire team!

We stayed at Château de Germigney for a small getaway, and everything was perfect for a wonderful time. The place is charming, elegant, and very peaceful. The staff is particularly attentive, helpful, and friendly. The spa is excellent, the rooms very comfortable, and the garden is magnificent, spacious, and beautifully maintained. A truly charming place that we highly recommend.

A truly wonderful experience! We stayed one night for my partner's birthday, and thank you to the entire team for the thoughtful touches! The welcome was excellent, befitting a 5-star hotel. The spa was beautiful and very well-equipped (sauna, hammam, sensory shower, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and herbal tea room). Dinner was superb; we were delighted by the chef's creative combinations. Breakfast was exquisite, with everything homemade! A flawless and wonderful stay!

Our family spent two nights at the Château de Germigney hotel (R&C 5 Étoiles - Hôtel, Restaurant & Spa - Jura) and one evening enjoying fine dining at the Restaurant Maison Rosella. We were very happy with our suite, which had a big balcony and plenty of space, but I think it's unfair that the hotel charged us more for our Sunday stay, even though there were only two other guests that day. It feels like a scam perpetrated by foreign tourists. We don't mind spending money on our holiday, but we might if we feel we have been treated unfairly. For this price, the hotel offered us free spa access, but we still had to pay extra for breakfast. For a two-night stay, 1200 euros is too much for the Jura region, especially since the hotel doesn't have a fitness room or even a Pilates room. The total star I will give for Hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐ : No Fitness or Workout room : No quiet Space for read ( in door) : Room is next to the main roads
