07/07/2025: An iconic spot in Aire-sur-l'Adour, the place to be when it comes to meeting friends, family, or when you just want to relax. The decor is surprising for a southwest town, but it's well-kept and kept clean.
Friendly service, a relaxed but not overpowering atmosphere; perhaps turn down the TVs sometimes.
Cuisine showcases local produce, and the presentation is simple, but in keeping with the prices.
The bar is also very pleasant, always packed, from morning to night.

16/11/2025: The calzone was excellent, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The fresh liver risotto and pasta with fresh liver were equally delicious. Generous portions. Very reasonable price. Friendly staff.
02/10/2025: Good restaurant, welcoming. Visibility from the hidden street of the Tavern. According to the restaurateur, no problem. A must-visit for an Italian break.

22/08/2024: Very friendly at the reception, but it does not meet the minimums for that price. They offered us a fan for the heat... and there was no plug. The shower had no screen and the shower head had no support. The electrical installation is scary. The exit door going through the garbage does not give a very good feeling. Finally they charged us more than expected and did not give us an invoice, thus saving taxes. Black business....
