Everything is perfect: from the €18 lunchtime bistro menu to the evening and weekend menus!!
26/03/2026: The lunch menu was very, very mediocre, even bad.
Perhaps I just had bad luck that day.
But €38 for that? I understand better why the French no longer eat in restaurants and prefer sandwiches or salads.

06/04/2026: For me, it's perfect: the quality of the food, the customer service—for me, the best Crescendo in France is the one in Aire-sur-l'Adour. Excellent, I recommend it without hesitation.

Seul bémol : le temps d'attente d'une heure entre la prise de commande et les plats.
