Thank you for welcoming us and introducing us to the homemade smoked trout, the mullet tartare, the grilled squid, and the semi-cooked tuna… as beautiful as they were delicious!!!
Service that lived up to the dishes, and a chef who came to check on us.
A ray of sunshine in September for a perfect Sunday!!!
We'll definitely be back!!!

25/03/2026: Friendly welcome, warm atmosphere. Thin crust pizza, duck breast/pasta with cheese sauce, very good.
23/03/2026: The so-called "homemade" pasta consisted of thick, rubbery squid strips that didn't mix with the spaghetti, and cold grated cheese that didn't melt at all. I found it disappointing.
As for the extra-thin pizza with its burnt edges, well, let's not even go there... We can make better at home, what a shame.

06/03/2026: A very bad experience.
The food was frozen: I ordered a ribeye steak, and from the first bite, it tasted like water and was incredibly tough. There was at least 150g of gristle on a steak that was supposed to weigh 300g.
On top of that, the waiter was very unpleasant: when he asked if we were okay, we honestly and politely told him that the steak was full of gristle. He aggressively replied that this wasn't true, even though the plate was clearly covered in gristle.

07/12/2025: A newly renovated hotel not far from the beach and the center of Biscarosse beach, in a quiet environment.
22/10/2025: Our regret is the restaurant's closure: we chose the hotel partly for this reason and discovered upon arrival that it was closed.
The hotel is very well located, less than 10 minutes' walk from the beaches and the center. The comfort and service are in line with what you'd expect from a 3-star hotel.
Attentive staff and friendly breakfast.
I read your response carefully; I still think that your restaurant's closure should have been mentioned on your website.

28/12/2025: A very warm welcome. Friendly staff, but as with many casinos in this region (and I'm used to the more generous casinos in the Vendée), the new machines are very greedy 😀 and don't pay out as much as the old ones.
That said, I was very well received by friendly people.
Signed, a nostalgic fan of the old machines where you could spend some time without breaking the bank 😀.

I'm sorry, but this isn't a 4-star hotel. You should see the state of the place, and I'm not even talking about the spa… It's a bad joke.
The staff are nice, but being nice isn't a job!

Yesterday, March 1st.
Deserves Michelin stars.
Rare.
The soufflé for dessert is to die for! 😊
Can't wait until April 5th to introduce it to the family.

19/09/2025: Mussels marinière and Roquefort cheese were excellent and very meaty, fries were very good, and the service was fast and of high quality.
16/09/2025: Yesterday for the second time very satisfied. My salmon tartare was delicious and the mussels marinière excellent. The tariquet 1ere grive as an aperitif deserves to be served very cold. Friendly and attentive staff.

This is the third time I've been there since mid-September, and it's a pleasure every time! At this time of year, there's almost no one there—a dream 🩵!
A heavenly place, facing the lake, with your feet in the sand. 🏖️
The welcome is very pleasant and the food is good: special mention for the chorizo pizza 🍕 and the fries 🍟.

14/09/2025: Run away!!! Endless wait! Pitiful service, manager offended when customers mention waiting 😄 the only positive point of this moment was to sympathize with the other tables since we were all in the same state of mind. Go your own way, except Etchebest if you pass by...
13/09/2025: Waited more than an hour for a pizza. Fries served cold, mussels average or very average. Deplorable service. I do not recommend it at all. For an aperitif, a wait of an hour and everything arrives at the same time.

27/08/2024: Un endroit incontournable de Biscarrosse Plage. Le lieu est magnifique surtout au coucher du soleil mais même en journée on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur l’océan.
Le personnel est sympathique et les plats délicieux. Attention il est souvent difficile d’avoir une table.
27/08/2024: Comme beaucoup de restaurants à Biscarrosse, le second service n’est pas ouvert à la réservation. Il faut soit réserver pour 19h, soit arriver au cours du premier service, on est inscrit sur une liste d’attente et on patiente au bar le temps qu’une table se libère.
On a eu tout le loisir de goûter aux cocktails maison en attendant….j’avoue aue c’était pour le coup la guerre pour avoir une table au bar…
Le repas était très agréable et l’établissement étant en front d’océan, la vue est magnifique que le coucher de soleil !!
