12/09/2024: Wir bestellten Balade sur le sable und waren sehr zufrieden. Die einzelnen Komponenten waren sehr schön angerichtet und schmeckten ausgezeichnet. Der Service war sehr freundlich und professionell. Wir gehen bestimmt noch mal hin.

Une entrée subtile homard, tourteau, riz citronné et vinaigré .. fraîcheur absolue, mélange des consistances .. excellente Les pinces en bisque sur œuf parfait . Très bonnes Et la queue fumée en esclade avec carotte confite Et j ai craqué pour un délicieux et aérien soufflé au chocolat et à l armagnac.. Excellent et rapport qualité prix parfait

18/09/2024: Cozy restaurant. It has some small tables inside and on the terrace, although it is more focused on takeaway food. The pokes were delicious as well as a large portion. We also ordered the portion of four gyozas with a spectacular sauce.

25/08/2024: We had marinated salmon poke. Fast service, the poké is even very good. So why only 2*? Quite simply the price... 22 euros for marinated salmon poké, it's roughly 40% more expensive than elsewhere, even in the surrounding area. I still find it abusive. edit following reaction from the merchant: 1) I see that you have read my other reviews, it is very good but you have missed my numerous 5*, 4* or other ratings. Vision problems? 2) You say that you put more marinated salmon than your competitors in your 500g poké. Either. So let's do a little calculation: let's say, being (very) large, that you add 100g of salmon (in my opinion we can divide this number by 2 or 3 but hey). Wholesale fresh salmon costs 10 to 20 euros per kg. Let's take 20, again to be broad. This means that your poke “costs” you 2 euros more than the others. So why sell it for 6 to 7 euros more? And you forget what you don't put in it and which is in your competitors' (mango, radish, edamame...) Why not just say your margin is higher? It's not a bad word...anyway.

30/08/2024: Un cadre très agréable avec une vue sur le lac. Un accueil parfait et très professionnel. Les Plats sont copieux et très bons. Les desserts une tuerie!

29/08/2024: Restaurant très bien placé avec le lac à côté vous aurez une très belle vue. On y mange très bien surtout le poisson et les fruits de mer que je vous recommande. Mais tout n est pas parfait pour commencer mes chipirons n étaient pas très bien assaisonnés mais le pire c est le service quand on va dans un restaurant qui a un certain standing on s attend à ce que les serveurs soient serviables et agréables mais la tout le contraire, même si il n y a presque aucune remarque à faire sur les plats le service n était largement pas à la hauteur. En espérant que les prochains clients aient un bien meilleur service.

10/11/2024: Very pleasant hotel, exceptional location (Les Estagnots room), quiet in November. The view is exceptional and waking up in the morning seeing the ocean is an unforgettable experience. The service is top notch, lots of attention and kindness from booking to the breakfast service which is very good, varied with quality products. We arrived at night around 10 p.m., no problems with parking or entering the hotel. The photos were taken from the room to give an idea of ​​the view.

30/11/2024: Hicimos una pequeña escapada a Hossegor durante nuestra estancia en Biarritz el tiempo era magnífico y nuestro conductor recomendó este lugar para comer ostras, era magnífico simple bueno al sol, muy local.
