27/06/2026: Visited today; the toilets are in a deplorable state and there are green flies everywhere behind the display cases, on the products for sale! Avoid at all costs!
21/06/2026: Hello. Well, when we came in, no greeting, completely ignored even though we were the only ones there. Two girls were chatting and one was struggling to sweep under the sandwich bar. Green flies on the pizzas. We sat outside for a snack, the tables were filthy and we had a view of the round white wheeled bins inside a dirty place, oh my god!! They won't be seeing us again anytime soon, even though we walk past at least once a week.

21/07/2026: Appalling service. 30 minutes without seeing a waitress. This isn't a restaurant, it's a canteen for regulars. If you're not one of them, you'll have to wait, and wait... I preferred to leave without eating.

01/08/2026: The worst palmier I've ever eaten: sticky, tasted like margarine, and was undercooked. The flan had a soggy, sticky texture. Truly awful. The saleswoman was charming.

24/06/2024: We are seasoned Relais & Chateaux travellers and have come to expect a high standard of both accomodation and service. This place falls very far short of that. We were ignored on arrival and had to look for staff at every point during our stay. The decor was old, tired and poor. The room facilities were sparse and there was an atmosphere throughout of costcutting. The wifi was appalling and, therefore, useless. To add insult to injury, on checkout we discovered that the hotel tariff for our suite was actually €80 per night less that we were being charged! The only saving grace was that the dinner in the restaurant was quite good albeit the cheese course was chosen for you, which is unusual in France. Another example of the owners trying to save money? Wouldn’t stay here again and could not recommend.
07/05/2024: Le menu a été annoncé en ligne ne correspond pas à la réalité, nous avons eu une mauvaise surprise L'esturgeon au caviar a été changé pour le lapin et la truffe pour la morille . Pour le même prix

29/09/2024: Endroit très sale patronne pas agréable ne sait pas sourire ni accueillir ses clients le sol pas lavé plein de taches et résidus petite serveuse sympathique la seule , le serveur nippe pantalon qui tombe ( braguette ouverte chemise ouverte froissée et propreté douteuse , repas limite cocktail bon enfin c est À LA TRISTE ÉPOQUE IL SERAIT GRAND TEMPS DE SE REPRENDRE CAR AVANT IL EN ÉTAIT TOUT AUTRE , à éviter c est SUR C EST NUL

24/08/2024: Je recommande, personnel très agréable qui prend le temps de discuter au moment de la commande et du paiement . Grand choix de bière. Les pizzas sont copieuses et délicieuses. Un bon moment de détente

L’etablissement fait à la fois pizzeria, restaurant avec pour les deux une place pour les enfants et pub avec un grand choix de bières et de rhums
L’ambiance est sympathique et les prix comme la qualité sont corrects
Un point négatif quand même : l’attente qui peut prendre des proportions énormes même s’il est indiqué sur la carte qu’il s’agit d’ennuis passagers attendre plus d’une heure pour un cocktail qui précède de peu les pizzas est tout de même gênant

09/12/2025: I came for the stag party of my friend's uncle's son (kisses, youyout!) and I loved it: a wild, bloodthirsty brawl with Julien (homemade pizza specialist) emerging victorious. After the fight, how could I forget the shots offered by the owner, Pat, whom I send my love to. He kindly offered them to us when we arrived in leopard-print thongs and Basquouzzettes, and even adopted our sartorial customs (it suited him perfectly). Great place to have fun with friends, I recommend it and I'll be back.
28/11/2025: At Pat by Mel, everything is perfect. A warm welcome coupled with superb service, a private room 😉, delicious food, and a very reasonable bill.
Karaoke every Friday and themed evenings once a month (not tried). Happy hour Monday to Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
A second visit to Pat by Mel and just as good as the first. I highly recommend Mel's croque monsieur, which is absolutely divine. It's simply HUGE in both size and flavor, and all for a very reasonable price.
What more could you ask for?
