21/08/2024: Quite simply, our favorite restaurant. I am lucky enough to be able to eat in different restaurants very regularly due to my job and I must admit that the Auberge des Marais offers always excellent, quality cuisine full of surprises. As for the service, our two professionals are excellent. kindness, always in a good mood and full of kindness. Go there with your eyes closed.

30/08/2024: Mixed, it was good and the service good but the crepe recipes are not worked well enough, the decor really needs to be redone and the organization too. We waited a long time for the waiter to take our order and then everything arrived very quickly. We came away mixed with a "good but" reasonable price. Still worth testing
25/08/2024: A very nice discovery, excellent pancakes, desserts also just as tasty. Boss, waiter at the top.

05/09/2024: Amicio Company we are used to coming to eat or ordering takeaway, we don't have much break time to eat but we are told takeaway not before 12:30 even though we anticipate our order 1 hour before for six people. It’s a shame you can afford to lose money. You just lost regular customers.
19/08/2024: As an epicurean I am often disappointed with the pizzas... that I have tasted on the coast (pornichet, Benodet or Saint Malo) or inland even in pizzerias "stamped "cooking over a wood fire and fresh produce"
I must admit that I tested with a priori because this restaurant did not have a good reputation for the quality of the cuisine!
A nice taste surprise awaited us
The pizzas are excellent: the dough, the toppings, everything is perfect!!!
The cooking of the steaks for the burgers is mastered (the only downside is the fries, I recommend fresh fries from Métro and not the standard frozen ones)
And perhaps planning a tapenade instead of aperitif cakes could be a plus.

Un service déplorable…. Manque de régularité, une serveuse inefficace
Très déçus , beaucoup d’attente entre les plats servis en très petites quantités, ex: cuisse de canard confite, frites et deux feuilles de salade , garniture très sobre sans fantaisie , on s’attendrait à avoir plusieurs accompagnements …
Un filet de merlu garni , d’un mini flan aux légumes , un peu de riz et quelques brins de légumes « à la nage » dans l’assiette avec une cuillère de beurre blanc pour noyer le poisson , pas convaincant.
Le pompon, c’est le dessert. Coupe fraise Melba. Il manquait la moitié des ingrédients pour un dessert digne de ce nom, Pas de coulis fruits rouges et pas de sorbet 🍓 la chantilly même pas pochée pour la finition, ni de biscuit en déco. Le fondant au chocolat , accompagné d’une boule de glace vanille qui avait déjà fondue avant d’être servie.
Nous n’avons pas demandé de café, pour ne pas attendre plus longtemps!!!
L’ addition n’est pas à la hauteur du menu servis,
Nous n’y retournerons pas, et ne le conseillerons pas non plus.
