Thank you to the chef for taking the time to speak with us and for his sweet and savory cuisine with perfectly balanced flavors—a truly delicious experience. I highly recommend it, with a special mention for the beef and its sauce, and the chocolate mousse, which is not as simple as it looks, is simply unmissable.
