10/08/2026: We had reserved a table for three people. Upon arrival, we wanted to order two burgers and a salad. It was only when they took our order, after serving our drinks, that we were told there were no burgers available. We had to find a solution quickly and opted for two small Caesar salads (one without anchovies and one with), another salad, and plates of fries. The most problematic part was my salad. I had ordered a Caesar salad without anchovies because I am allergic to them. When my plate arrived, it contained anchovies. I immediately pointed this out to the waitress and explained my allergy. She took the plate back and finally brought me a new one about 15 minutes later. This time, the chicken was hot and the salad was fine. However, I was then told that there was no sauce and that a small sauce containing anchovies had been placed on the side. I would like to remind everyone that I clearly stated my anchovy allergy: I therefore don't understand the point of offering me a sauce containing precisely the food I'm allergic to. A vinaigrette without anchovies was eventually brought to me later. Furthermore, my friends' plates of fries arrived well after the rest of their meals. In the end, we found the staff quite friendly, but the organization and especially the handling of a food allergy were truly disappointing. When a customer reports an allergy, it should be taken with much more seriousness and attention.

20/07/2026: From start to finish, the experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the waitress's welcome was unfriendly and unwelcoming, creating a poor first impression. As for the food, the quality was unfortunately lacking: a starter of frozen tapas, tasteless vegetables, and fries that were far too salty and difficult to eat. The "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee) was also served without a spoon; despite several requests, we never received one. Given the prices, we expected much better quality and service. A disappointing experience that we do not recommend.
