CIRIUS le complexe sur Montrond-Les-Bains

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip on Wednesday, June 17th, without having chosen it myself as it was booked by my company. The room was spacious and very clean, and the furnishings were rather minimalist but sufficient for me. However, the bedding was a bit too firm for my liking, and the bathroom could use a little updating. As for the service, I have no complaints; the staff was friendly and welcoming. That evening, there was a football match on that I really wanted to watch, but unfortunately, after a storm a few days earlier, some TV channels were missing, including the one broadcasting the match. One of the employees offered to set up a Chromecast cable that belonged to her personally (which she obviously wasn't obligated to do). That's what I call excellent customer service, and I'm very grateful to her! The restaurant is pleasant, the home-style cooking is good quality, and the prices are quite reasonable for the time of year. Thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome.

We spent four days at this establishment. The surroundings were wonderful, the welcome was warm and friendly, the staff were very attentive, the cleanliness was excellent, and the meals were very good and prepared on-site – everything was more than perfect. We have absolutely no complaints and will definitely return. Plus, they accept dogs – everything you need for a great stay. Thank you!

Fantastic welcome! We went on Saturday, May 9th. The manager offered us a room with a spa. Amazing!! Excellent value for money too!! The breakfast was great as well. Everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back!!! 😃

A great discovery during my business trip, the restaurant is top-notch and well managed by Titi, with fresh products and a complete menu with plenty of choice.
