Thank you to Jean and Emmanuel for their advice and professionalism, as well as the cheesemonger who expertly guided us in our cheese selection. The cuisine is truly refined, and the chef and his team are dedicated to satisfying even the most demanding customers, such as my vegetarian wife. A culinary masterpiece. We will be back.
