02/04/2026: 2026 Still at the top 👏 The rooms, the restaurant, the welcome, the service! Truly professional. 2025 Fifth visit to the Château de Champlong restaurant, and still the same pleasure! An exceptional restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in the entire region. The cuisine is inventive, creative, and exquisitely refined, with flavor combinations that are always perfectly balanced and surprising. The team is professional, attentive, and passionate, making every moment unique. The hotel itself remains an absolute benchmark in the Roanne region: comfort, elegance, and impeccable service. A must-visit, highly recommended! 2022 Exceptional New Year's lunch!!! Congratulations 👏

30/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful setting. The welcome, the service, the six-course "festive flavors" tasting menu, the after-dinner drink served in the lounge, and even breakfast—everything was perfect. We will gladly return. Thank you.
