An exceptional restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in the entire region. The cuisine is inventive, creative, and exquisitely refined, with flavor combinations that are always perfectly balanced and surprising. The team is professional, attentive, and passionate, making every moment unique. The hotel itself remains an absolute benchmark in the Roanne region: comfort, elegance, and impeccable service.
