An exceptional restaurant, undoubtedly one of the best in the entire region. The cuisine is inventive, creative, and exquisitely refined, with flavor combinations that are always perfectly balanced and surprising. The team is professional, attentive, and passionate, making every moment unique. The hotel itself remains an absolute benchmark in the Roanne region: comfort, elegance, and impeccable service. 06/08/2026: I've eaten there several times with my colleagues; the food is decent. But we were outright refused entry at lunchtime (why?) for no reason, just for a drink, even though there was plenty of room and we could have had a proper meal. I found this refusal unpleasant and unprofessional, especially since we've been there several times. Personally, I won't be going back.
