Auberge du pont sur Villerest

Craving some good fried food, we went to Auberge du Pont and, as always, the fried food was delicious and the portion generous. This inn has been run by the same owners for over 30 years, and the food is still consistently good and the portions are still as generous as ever, despite current inflation. Keep up the good work! Your waitresses and the owner maintain their cheerful and welcoming atmosphere, the setting is beautiful, and the value for money is excellent. Thanks also to the cook; I absolutely loved your fried food. Have a great end to the season and see you next year!

A great place to eat frogs' legs! Generous portions.

Frogs are tasty delicious. My favorite in the region.

Frog legs, excellent warming plate to keep them hot, well done! Generous meal, very pleasant waitress, I recommend it. The only slight negative point, in my opinion, is the cleanliness, which could be improved: tablecloths, windows, and toilets. A good cleaning to make everything shine and you'll be top-notch.

Returning after 2 years, recommended by the L'Orée du Lac campsite... still as good and pleasant... under the trees... excellent fried food... we'll be back at the beginning of September...

Friendly welcome, quick service, shaded terrace, and the frogs' legs are excellent. Everything you need for a great time. Very good food and reasonable prices. Pure bliss!

We had the frogs legs and steak. Everything was really good. We ended up even getting dessert

Excellent, impeccable service and very friendly. Thank you!

Great fried food, ideal location, very generous portions, perfect service plus a very pleasant waitress, I highly recommend it.

Very good, simple, and generous cuisine. There were four of us who chose the menu with the frogs' legs. We had a lovely evening. Excellent service and very pleasant staff.
