11/09/2024: A very good address, quality cuisine, a pleasant atmosphere and service that matches the place! A complete menu at €66, add around ten euros for an aperitif. A very pleasant place for a romantic meal. I have been to this place twice before and everything is still good.

08/09/2024: We enjoyed ourselves in this restaurant in Montargis. The welcome is friendly, the staff attentive, the owner very kind. The modern and warm setting invites you to taste it. The dishes are worthy of a great restaurant, prepared with care, the quality and freshness are there. Special mention to the scallops for my part, perfectly seared, tender, delicious coated in a langoustine cream to lick your lips. I couldn't resist wiping the plate with a piece of fresh bread. The perfectly pink veal quasi with morels accompanied by a Saint-Estephe 2018 in half bottle, perfect. We will return with pleasure.

25/09/2024: Pleasant service, average atmosphere with the proximity of other customers and good dishes but to be reviewed. Let me explain. Poached egg starter with “smoked bacon mousse”. It sells dreams but in fact a mousse is a whipped cream with a piece of dried smoked bacon on top, without much taste. It was good but not at all what I expected. There were two of us, we got two meats. The sauces were good, the meat quality but too bad they were both overcooked. As for the rossini, it had the texture of a mollard after the first stab. Low-end foie gras that does not hold up when cooked. So we didn't have dessert. The visual presentations are very successful, the tastes are there, but a big shame for the reasons cited. We will surely come back, being long-time customers, but not for a long time.

04/08/2024: Hello following a search for a restaurant on a Sunday at 12 p.m. in Montargis we decided to stop at the restaurant la canteen which was a pleasant discovery welcoming and attentive staff small reduced menu just as I like I did not have time to take photos because we were very hungry and the service was fast the tasty dishes starters, main courses, desserts we enjoyed ourselves plus we had the pleasure of chatting with the chef after his service a very pleasant person and passionate about his job and which respects the seasons and works with local products everything that can delight our taste buds.

21/09/2024: I stopped by on Friday the 20th to have some tea. I had a pleasant, quiet time hoping to come back and have something else one day.

26/08/2024: Very nice discovery. The entrance doesn't look like much but the restaurant is worth the detour. Very kind staff and wonderful cuisine. The all-you-can-eat buffet system with autonomous order taking is very original and saves time
