Having just arrived in Montargis, we were fortunate enough to be invited to discover L'Orangerie de Montargis. A restaurant where Franck has been cultivating the art of refined gastronomy for 33 years. We were particularly taken with the "Menu Plaisir," which was absolutely divine. The live music (Thursday and Friday) added a truly magical touch to the evening. Beyond the food, it was the warm and genuine welcome that charmed us. Thank you to all the staff for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!

Everything is also visually stunning: it's as beautiful as it is tasty! The service also deserves special mention: very attentive, always available without being intrusive, with a genuine desire to ensure we have everything we need. The sommelier offered helpful advice with humor and professionalism, and the waiter was very friendly and showed great attention to detail (especially with the little touches during the appetizer and with coffee). * The dishes were flavorful, generous, and well-balanced. The quality of the ingredients and the culinary creativity were evident. Suggestions for improvement: * Space and comfort: The size of the tables, especially for two people, is a bit limited for a full meal (appetizer, main course, dessert, bottle of wine). A more spacious table would allow for a more enjoyable experience, especially if you wish to enjoy a wine that requires a decanter or several courses. Perhaps it would be helpful to mention, when making a reservation, the possibility of requesting a larger table if needed. * Accessibility and signage: The restrooms were a little difficult to locate, as the signage wasn't very visible. Furthermore, there's a step to the restroom entrance, which could be problematic for people with reduced mobility. Finally, the sticky floor in the restrooms warrants particular attention. * Pace of service: The service was very efficient, perhaps a little too fast for our liking. We would have appreciated a bit more time between courses to savor each moment, especially for desserts where the flavors (like salted caramel) could have been more pronounced. * Atmosphere: The staff was very energetic, which is commendable, but the atmosphere in the dining room sometimes became a bit noisy and rushed. A little more space between the tables would also allow for easier movement and a more relaxed experience. In summary, Restaurant Orangerie offers quality cuisine and attentive service, but a few adjustments to the space, pace, and accessibility could make the experience even more enjoyable. A wonderful experience at L'Orangerie! We had a truly excellent meal: the dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and of high quality. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the setting is perfect for a lovely time. Special mention to Nathan, our server, who was fantastic from start to finish: professional, friendly, attentive, and full of helpful advice. His service definitely made a difference! I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
