With increasing competition in the sector, the firm is paying the price for its numerous dysfunctions.
Between the very unpleasant people on the phone, the average quality of their pizzas and ESPECIALLY the abnormally long delivery time (sometimes 2 hours of waiting), it has been almost a year since I ordered from them, especially more that they moved to a place that was no longer welcoming at all.
Like an animal that tries everything for its survival, Bonnici offers an offer: 3 pizzas bought and you can take a bottle of soda… that shows where they are…

05/08/2023: We ate Assiette Périgourdine. It was well stocked with lettuce and the appropriate meats, but instead of a decent vinaigrette, a generous dollop of balsamic vinegar was added, which completely ruined the taste. After some searching we also discovered fried potatoes: my husband found 1 piece, I found 2. Not much if that is mentioned as a side dish. Maybe ask the previous operators how things can be improved. A disappointing experience.

02/04/2024: I'm DSL, but in this McDonald's, since it opened, there has been a smell of "vomit". My daughter and I were again disappointed, the portions were downright ridiculous compared to McDonald's Bias, and even there, we ate cold... Apart from the ice cream, the ice cream was served melted straight out of the machine. Certainly, on each of my rare visits here, I leave disappointed.

25/03/2024: We are very satisfied, after a year of experience. Qualivie has always been attentive and available, taking our needs seriously.
So far, we have only had positive things. We hope that this will last and be confirmed over time.
05/03/2024: We had an appointment yesterday with the director who did not come without warning. Not even an excuse. We traveled from Bordeaux for this appointment which had been made in advance and which we confirmed again a week before. Really not serious at all. I don't recommend. Very disappointed. Therefore, we will use another service provider.

21/08/2023: I went yesterday to have dinner, food not really good, I ordered a grilled parrilla of fish and wasn't really good. My partner order mussels and they were overcooked. Service was super slow, poor but they were nice.
I'm not gonna come back there in my life basically
