24/01/2024: Hotel well located (walking tour of the old town of Gourdon) quiet, the rooms are comfortable and spacious even if the decoration is a little "out of time", but a tad romantic, soothing compared to certain cold modern hotels see freezing! The welcome from the boss is friendly, very welcoming and above all attentive to what you want!!! . As for the restaurant run by an equally friendly chef, it is certainly one of the best restaurants in the city, and clearly the locals are not mistaken! What can we say about the tournedos rossini, or the old-style soufflé plum ? There were 6 of us, and everything was delicious and tasty, with quality products, and even if you have to wait a little (we were warned) because the chef does it alone in the kitchen (hats off to you ma'am) it's not a problem .the cellar follows in the same tone, and it is said in Gourdon that it is the most beautiful cellar in the area, we drank a remarkable 2011 Cahors and at a moderate price. The breakfasts are generous, and if you want more, just ask! In short, a great address that we can recommend without hesitation and share.

31/03/2024: Very disappointed ! Entire aging establishment with no special view. Even home cooking is not exceptional. The duck leg had a funny taste and the mutton was inedible. Expensive for what it is. I don't recommend.

10/09/2023: A welcome to review concerning the animals (in this case our cat, in its closed transport basket): while we were on the terrace outside, we should not put it on the chair "because of allergies" ( sic), not on the table either...then finally "the chair is better" (resic) 🙀 The meal itself was okay, nothing more, with an unfavorable quality/quantity-price ratio: only one scoop of ice cream out of two requested and a coffee at the prohibitive price of 3.70 euros 😱!!! The only positive point: the fast service. This is very little for this restaurant where we will not return.
