19/02/2026: I had a Menu du Jour comprising Rosette de Lyon, steak et fries and a superb Mousse au Chocolat.
I could not have been more happy with the quality and the price of €16.50. Stake was the only option, and not one I would normally go for given a choice, but it was served sliced and was perfect.
I've been dog sitting outside Montcuq on and off over a month for absent friends. This café - and the bistrot opposite - represent really good value and the cooks / proprietors of both are smiley types with similarly helpful smiley staff.

24/11/2024: We spent a very balmy October evening in this welcoming country bistro. The vegetarian pan was excellent, we were on the verge of going back the next day to try it again.
Very friendly service and warm atmosphere, thank you very much.
20/09/2024: I went there on a Sunday at the end of the holidays, a rainy day, all the restaurants in Montcuq were full including this one, but faced with our dismay, the manager kindly accepted my daughter and me. Delicious meal, warm welcome, go there with your eyes closed, but remember to book!!!!

Pizzeria Des Fines Gueules

11/03/2024: c'était des pizza a emporter, c'était prêt quand je suis arrivé. le bord était trop gros j'ai eu l'impression de manger du pain.
05/03/2024: j'ai pris deux pizzas a emporter ; "mon petit canard" et "bien dans mon chausson" .
le petit canard est composé de produits du Quercy, magret, gésiers, noix et très
réussie !
le "chausson" est une calzone très bien garnie , ni grasse ni lourde; la pate légère et croustillante est a signaler !
je recommande vivement !
le top .....l'accueil très chaleureux et les prix très raisonnable
