21/08/2026: We expected air conditioning, but we had a fan (the description on the website is very vague). We were disappointed by the stained carpet and yellowed wall covering in the room, which are not up to the standard of a 3-star hotel. However, it was clean: bedding, linens, and bathroom. The overall amenities are good, but the pool door could use some maintenance to be fully functional. The service and reception are very individualistic; some staff members would benefit from smiling and not assuming that every customer is unpleasant. 😉😎 I also think discretion is essential: speaking loudly at reception or the bar, especially mentioning your room number, is inappropriate. A small suggestion: it would be nice to have sun loungers in the park to relax without being by the pool. We appreciated: - the food during the first part of our stay, a little less so during the last two days. - The heated swimming pool - The secure parking - The bicycle garage - And above all, some charming, helpful, and smiling staff.

23/05/2026: I'm not someone who arrives at a place with high expectations, and I often say that an establishment doesn't need to be five-star to offer five-star service. I like to understand the concept of a place, and I definitely got the "chill" vibe, so far so good. However, upon arrival, we were told to take a menu and sit wherever we wanted. My husband had barely taken the menu when the employee was already asking us what we wanted to drink—we were still standing and hadn't even chosen a table. When we sat down, we were asked to get up to choose a smaller table. I admit the table was a bit big for two people, but the place was empty… and it remained so until we left. After that, there was no follow-up: we had to get the ashtray ourselves, no one asked if we wanted to order anything else, or if everything was alright. I'd been waiting for a while for the chance to discover this place, and unfortunately, I can't say that this first experience delighted me. That said, the place is still pleasant and enjoyable. They simply need to improve the customer service and attention they give.
