Loire Riverside Inn. The most striking feature is the large chapel nestled in the heart of the complex. A swimming pool offers a place to relax. The courtyard, accessed via the porch, is easier to approach from the embankment than from below; you have to turn quite sharply. This same courtyard isn't very welcoming; you wonder if it's really the entrance or if it's the staff parking lot. The reception area smells clean, but perhaps a little too much like industrial chemical cleanliness.

Charming setting. Pleasant garden and pool. The room could use a little freshening up, but it's clean and welcoming. The bedding could also use replacing. However, the welcome was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and attentive.

A very pleasant and peaceful setting. Everything was perfect. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Kudos to the chef for his delicious and varied meals – a true delight! The rooms are a bit dated and could use a little updating. Nevertheless, the beds were very comfortable. We had an excellent stay. Well done to the whole team!
