15/11/2025: The calm and intimate atmosphere allowed my husband (TSA) and me to have a very pleasant time. Add to that the excellent cuisine!!! (I highly recommend the sweetbreads ++) A huge thank you to Dominique and his wife. The food and service are beyond 5 stars ⭐
26/09/2025: We've been vacationing in La Manche for several years and have eaten at many restaurants. But La Mer is by far one of the best restaurants in La Manche.

01/12/2025: The welcome was awful. The owner came to take our order while complaining about his health problems. We ordered two drinks and two pizzas. The pizzas arrived after a half-hour wait, even though the restaurant was almost empty. And still no drinks! After insisting, they finally arrived.
The pizzas were poor quality. The owner, drinking from behind the counter, came to clear the plates in a state of advanced drunkenness. He made misogynistic and offensive remarks because my wife hadn't finished her meal.
Several customers, who arrived before and after us, left the restaurant without ordering anything.
20/10/2025: Just eaten the steak, and Gambas and have been totally satisfied.
I eat big portions and these definatly filled the stomach.
The staff are very proffesional and friendly and take there time with the customsrs to ensure satisfaction.
Will be returning again.

27/10/2023: A restaurant that I have been frequenting for several years during the summer.
The cuisine is simple and efficient and the setting is chic but unpretentious. A good address for sure!
