Founti Agadir
Jardin-Des-Plantes, Paris
06/05/2024: I was a regular customer 20 years ago, I am in the provinces, returning this week I was a little disappointed
The establishment had to change management

Enfants-Rouges, Paris
23/03/2024: I usually eat at this restaurant, the staff is generally friendly. Recently I ordered couscous and one meat was missing. A few minutes later, the waiter arrives with my meat. Since there was an extra meatball, the waiter decided to take the plate back from the table and said to me "we went to the wrong table, we'll come back with YOUR meatball". I found it limiting to take the plate from the table for an extra dumpling. I don't know if he gave this same plate to the "good table" or if he went to the kitchen with it but I found it average
10/03/2024: I do not recommend this restaurant, cold couscous and tasteless cold sauce, cold chicken skewers, cuisine to be reviewed

Restaurant Le Tagine
Folie-Méricourt, Paris
14/06/2024: After hesitating between a tagine and couscous I opted for the latter. I really enjoyed it, excellent Pyrenees lamb. Couscous, almost the twin brother of Tunisian couscous, which I know very well (😉). Special mention for harissa, you don't often find harissa worthy of its capital, Nabeul. It would have deserved to be enjoyed on a saucer with a drizzle of olive oil and 2 or 3 olives, with the few Kemia-style carrots that were served. In short, I recommend discovering this Tagine restaurant. See you soon .
14/06/2024: Delicious couscous (a slightly different taste) and really crunchy vegetables.
By 2 couscous specialists...mom and me!

Zerda Café
Plaine-Monceau, Paris, 20-30€
30/11/2023: Le petit zérda offers a variety of craft beers with exotic flavors, including Blonde Bylka beer, IPA, carob cinnamon and Amazigh beer. The carob and cinnamon beer is a real invitation to a taste journey. The sweetness of carob combines wonderfully with the warm aromas of cinnamon, to offer a beer that is both delicious and balanced. Its amber color and generous foam immediately announce a unique sensory experience. From the first sip, you are enveloped by notes of cereals, caramel and spices, which evolve towards a soft and comforting finish. It is an ideal beer for winter evenings, to be enjoyed by a fireplace or in good company.
The chicken tagine with olives is a real delight that transports us to the heart of traditional Moroccan cuisine. The tenderness of the chicken, simmered to perfection, pairs wonderfully with the sunny flavors of olives and candied lemon. The spices, subtly dosed, perfume the whole and awaken the taste buds, this emblematic dish is a true hymn to conviviality and sharing. A true culinary journey to savor without moderation.
19/11/2023: Very nice discovery... small restaurant in Paris, deserves to be known, the "couscous / tagine" dishes are very good... we had a great time.
Don’t hesitate to go there, you won’t be disappointed…Remember to book
