20/05/2026: We went to La Rocha one weekday evening in the pouring Marseille rain. We were the only ones in the restaurant, but we had a wonderful time. The cuisine was high-quality oriental, featuring mezze. A member of the staff prepared the stuffed grape leaves by hand right in front of us. The portions were generous, and the price was more than reasonable for a restaurant at the start of the Corniche. The owner was very friendly. We'll definitely be back.

21/05/2026: They didn't refund my deposit, claiming there were more than two of us, which I disagree with because the deposit is meant to cover the cost of replacing something broken by a competitor. We left the room spotless; we even smoked outside so it wouldn't smell in the room. They're clearly after your money; on their website, you can choose to have rose petals put on the bed for €30, but here's a little tip: they already have rose petals in the bar. You can put them there yourself, saving you €30. I find it absurd to charge so much for a service that's already included in the room price.
14/05/2026: We stayed in the Antigua suite and what a change of scenery! The welcome (whether by phone, upon arrival, or during our stay) was fantastic. The young woman (sorry, I don't have her name) was very attentive and concerned about our comfort. The place was impeccably clean, and the heated pool at 35°C was wonderful. Restaurants and the beach are nearby for enjoying the fresh air. We truly had a wonderful time. The place lives up to its promises! Go for it!

We had a very enjoyable time at this restaurant.
Perfect service. Delicious food. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the dessert.

01/06/2026: I was very disappointed by my experience at Villa Mermoz. I went there yesterday and was surprised by the complete lack of rules regarding customer attire and behavior. Seeing people keep their hats on at their tables in an establishment of this caliber is already regrettable, but what was most disturbing was the general lack of respect in the dining room: phones used with the volume at full blast, without any intervention from the staff. The atmosphere was severely degraded, and the meal lost all its enjoyment. It's a shame, because the setting could be much more pleasant with a minimum of courtesy and more attention paid to this matter by management.
31/05/2026: I was fortunate enough to be accompanied by Mathis, and I want to sincerely thank him. He gave us a warm welcome, advised us with great professionalism, and helped us throughout our visit.
Thanks to him, we had an excellent experience, and I will gladly return. I recommend him without hesitation to my friends and family.

10/04/2026: A warm welcome, a great atmosphere, and truly top-notch service! Waitresses Dounia and Marwa are smiling, helpful, and attentive. No excessive wait, everything runs smoothly in a cheerful atmosphere.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place without hesitation, whether with friends, family, or even alone; you immediately feel at ease. Well done to the whole team! 👏

07/06/2026: I stayed for two nights and the room was tiny, dark, and very damp. Not to mention the broken toilet door, which was completely useless, offering no privacy and being dangerous due to exposed nails. I don't recommend it if you're looking for comfort, even for just one night. I was disappointed; the photos on the website are misleading.
However, the staff is very pleasant, attentive, and responsive (5/5). The hotel is well-located but lacks secure parking.
It's a shame the staff is perfect, no complaints there, but the room needs a complete overhaul; it's not worth the price.
01/06/2026: I want to inform you of two things: Don't lose anything in this hotel; the thieving staff will never return it, especially if it's a bearded man with glasses who didn't give me my bag that I left downstairs at reception for 5 minutes on my way back to my room. When I asked about the security cameras, they strangely didn't work. A complaint has been filed against this establishment and the manager, who seems to be trying to cover up this theft.
Then there's the infernal night with the constant, loud motorcycles and other cars speeding by. The windows aren't soundproofed at all.
A cleaning lady enters your room without knocking. This hotel is a great place to have a complete meltdown. Well done, anyway! 👋

Je me permets de laisser un message sur tripadvisor car le gérant m’a indiqué qu’il ne consultait jamais ce site car il travaillait avec des produits frais !!!!!!!
