22/03/2024: I don't have the chance to rent a room in this hotel but I had professional experience in this establishment and it was my first job in France as a housekeeper and I was really treated very well and the manager of the hotel is a really kind, generous and tolerant person and who even organized a really nice meal for the hotel employees at closing after the end-of-year holidays.
I also think that having an opinion on the behind the scenes of the hotel is important too...

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the attentive staff who ensured that every detail of my stay was perfect. The gourmet restaurant exceeded all my expectations with exquisite dishes, perfectly presented and prepared with fresh local ingredients. Each bite was an explosion of exquisite flavors. Plus, the stunning setting of the Camargue marshes added a touch of magic to every meal. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, delicious and unforgettable experience.

14/02/2024: Very nice place, I was a loyal customer because I went there specifically for the seafood paella...but very DISAPPOINTED to learn that the rice is cooked in meat sauce even though I am vegan and supposedly it was necessary precise if we didn't want meat THEN it's been several years since I didn't need to do it as it's written in the menu on the slate....so the kosher or halal restrictions ATTENTIONS !!

01/04/2024: We spent an evening last night with family, my bull rib cooked perfectly with its accompaniments. Top service and musicians who have nothing to be ashamed of like gypsy kings🤣.
What talent.....we had a great time, crazy family atmosphere, we will come back without hesitation.

27/10/2023: The dishes are good and the prices are fair but the service is long, the atmosphere is noisy and the waiter is unpleasant if you ask him for your dish.
17/09/2023: Don't come because we offer you the dish of the day with rice salad and fries. No fries!! When you ask the waiter: oh no, no fries, I didn't mention grits. There were 3 of us who heard it at the start...
Dish of the day, not much to eat, small timbale of rice and some squid + 2 ultra-fried shrimp almost burnt!!! €14.90 expensive per plate.
