26/08/2026: August 26, 2026, at noon Thank you, Chef, for this delicious Royal Couscous, which truly lives up to its name. A marvel of flavors, aroma, quality, and quantity: fine, supple, and piping hot semolina, a perfect broth, perfectly cooked pieces of meat (lamb, chicken), a tender, slightly pink but piping hot kebab, and a wonderfully flavorful merguez sausage. I never tire of this couscous restaurant. The owner/chef is incredibly welcoming, down-to-earth, and friendly. It's not a big establishment, but it's so pleasant to have lunch in a typical, pleasant, and clean setting. It's always a delight. For couscous lovers, go there; you won't regret it.
