15/03/2026: Yesterday, my wife and I shared an absolutely memorable lunch at Moulin de Ponceau. Everything came together to make it a truly enchanting experience. Thank you to Stéphane and his team for this wonderful moment. The setting: simply sublime. Lunching in such an environment, with its historical charm and soothing view, is a rare privilege. The welcome: a huge thank you to the team. The staff is incredibly attentive, constantly thoughtful, and their friendliness immediately puts you at ease. You can feel their genuine desire to please. The food: flawless. Special mention, and what a highlight!, for the beef pot-au-feu. A masterful execution, incredibly tender, a pure delight that awakens the taste buds. This is a rare find where the excellence of the service rivals the quality of the food. We left completely won over and will return with immense pleasure. An experience not to be missed!
