01/09/2026: After flying over the mountains, we landed at "Au Sommet du Goût" (The Summit of Taste). Welcomed by Alice and Xavier in this unique and intimate setting, Ivan and his assistant led us through the colorful paths, filled with the scents and flavors of Les Tables de Gaspard.
