01/09/2026: After flying over the mountains, we landed at "Au Sommet du Goût" (The Summit of Taste). Welcomed by Alice and Xavier in this unique and intimate setting, Ivan and his assistant led us through the colorful paths, filled with the scents and flavors of Les Tables de Gaspard. 04/10/2026: Well, where to begin, because everything was wonderful, from the welcome to the meal to the cabaret evening. We went on Saturday, October 3rd. It was our first time, thank you Nico for this evening, thank you to your whole company who made us dance, sing, and marvel at the show, the goat stew, and all the dishes served. Pure bliss. 08/09/2026: We've been coming to this region for 30 years, and this is the first time we've discovered a restaurant that offers something truly original. This one, which is only open for two months during the summer, offers Greek-Armenian-Lebanese-Italian-French cuisine… Yes, it's possible! 😉 The lady of the house cooks, and the gentleman waits on the table. It's delicious, it's fresh, it's original… You feel like you're visiting friends who have a terrace with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains… Be warned, reservations are recommended, as there are only a few tables… But honestly, if you're looking for creativity, I highly recommend it!

25/08/2026: An unusual place, exceptional cuisine, and unbeatable value for money. The owner serves (with his humor and vast knowledge), while the owner herself is in the kitchen, bringing her gentle touch and expertise. Reservations are essential, and be prepared to wait if it's full (it's truly worth it).
