25/11/2025: The staff were in a bad mood and therefore unfriendly. There were 13 of us, and the managers didn't seem very happy either.... The food was good, but the portions were excessive and it was extremely expensive. I've known Pedra Alta for years but had never been to the one in Boulogne... I won't be going back!

20/12/2025: It's awful, the restaurant is always closed. I've been twice now and the door is locked, and they just gesture at you to leave. They're truly unbearable. I think a place like this should be closed so that the space can be used by more pleasant businesses. I don't care that I can't eat there; what bothers me is that I made the trip for nothing.

17/01/2026: Mixed feelings. Great staff and location! Excellent breakfast, cleanliness was good. However, the king-size bed is full of springs, making for a difficult night. You sink into the bed. Overall, satisfied with the stay.

29/12/2025: We were very disappointed with our stay. When we booked in November, we were informed of a problem with the jacuzzi and that it might not be fixed by our arrival at the end of December. However, we were not offered any discount on the room price. Then, 48 hours before our arrival, we received an email informing us that it wasn't the jacuzzi, but actually the entire wellness area, except for the pool, that would be unavailable. Still, no compensation was offered. Upon arrival that evening, we were informed that the restaurant was also closed, and therefore we had the choice of eating at the bar or finding something to eat outside. But it didn't end there! When we got to our room, we were struck by the freezing cold. The patio door was wide open despite the -2°C outside because the previous occupants had smoked, and the smell of cigarettes still lingered. We couldn't stay and left to eat while the room warmed up, but it took several hours. And let's not even mention the stained carpet and walls... We weren't asked if everything was alright when we paid the tourist tax, even though we had things to say. It's outrageous not to refund part of the price of the stay when you're not able to provide all the services for which customers booked!

Unfortunately 2 weeks ago (takeaway)... large worms bigger than grains of rice and live and mini flies in the bread. My son vomited in disgust and we threw everything in the trash... Too bad we loved coming there Thanks anyway

31/10/2025: The food is good, yes, even if the prices are those of La Défense and have gone up a lot for street food. But the welcome and service are unpleasant and rude. The manager addresses everyone informally as if we were children. They make us feel like asking for an extra napkin is complicated. No cups. It's very cold. The restaurant is cluttered and the tables aren't very clean. For the price of the food, we would have expected proper cutlery like before. If we want to sit down, they give us dirty looks. The manager is always unpleasant, as if we were thieves. If we only order one dish, he makes comments. But considering the price of the ingredients, it's already decent. I won't be going back!
