26/08/2026: A wonderful discovery in Pérols. A warm and welcoming bar and restaurant with excellent cuisine. We enjoyed traditional and authentic dishes made with fresh ingredients. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the octopus stew, served with potatoes and vegetables. A real treat, with generous portions.
The tapas appetizers were also excellent, and everyone enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. A wonderful discovery, with top-notch service.
