23/06/2026: I used to frequent the Subway in Pérols and had very fond memories of it. Unfortunately, my last visit was a real disappointment. The service was appalling. The person who served me was unpleasant, impatient, and unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering them when I placed my order. When you work in customer service, a minimum of respect, patience, and courtesy is expected. As for the food, the quality was disappointing. The sandwich was poorly prepared and nothing like what I'm used to getting at this location. I'm very disappointed by this experience. Between the poor quality of the meal and the staff's attitude, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

21/08/2026: Absolutely filthy... not a single clean table, even though we arrived at 8 pm midweek. It's unacceptable... the floor, the tables, even the inside is dirty. Very disappointed. Not to mention that the machine was malfunctioning and my loyalty card wasn't working... only to find out later that it worked for someone else who didn't hesitate to use up my points! This is a large chain, so having working equipment and cleaning staff wouldn't be a luxury! Especially considering the prices!

20/08/2026: Why is it so dirty everywhere? The tables, the seats, the floor!? It's such a shame! It really seems like they're understaffed. In other countries, cleanliness at McDonald's is a priority.

18/03/2026: I regularly stay at the Eurotel in Pérols for work, and the experience is always impeccable. The staff is incredibly attentive, with a special mention for Maeva, who is always there and takes care of us with great professionalism and kindness. The restaurant menu is varied and the dishes are excellent. In short, an establishment with very good value for money that I recommend without hesitation.

17/03/2026: Clean, very pleasant welcome, attentive staff. Decent breakfast. Quiet. Adjustable and functional room heating. Equipped with Canal+. Location as expected. The hotel has adopted a cat; she's affectionate, it's charming.

13/05/2026: The two stars are for the friendliness and professionalism of the waitress. Once again, I find myself faced with a bakery selling purely industrial pastries! The curry sauce sandwich had no curry flavor.

01/05/2026: Hello. I came to buy bread yesterday. I asked for a seeded baguette, but the saleswoman gave me one that didn't look seeded at all. She confirmed it was a sesame seed baguette. The end of the bread had two points on either side, and I was already unsure because not only did a bread with seeds like that, but the exterior color (basic white bread) didn't match a sesame seed baguette or any other type of seed baguette. I took the baguette anyway. When I got home for lunch, we started eating the bread and looked for the "seeds." They were nowhere to be found. I went back to the bakery in the afternoon with the baguette to show them that the seeds were missing. The saleswoman took my bread, put on gloves, made a hole in the baguette, and showed me a seed that was hidden in the crumb. "It's a sesame seed," she told me. I was shocked. One seed in 5 cm of crumb, and no seeds on top of the bread—I don't call that a sesame seed baguette. It was just a plain white loaf for €1.20. Tasteless. If the fraud squad came, you'd be in trouble. This establishment is completely unprofessional. I certainly won't be coming back to your place; even the bread from Auchan (quinoa baguette) is far superior. Just so you know. I'm sending you photos of sesame seed baguettes. You'll see the difference with your so-called sesame baguettes. The first three photos are of your baguette. The other two are of the same baguette, but they're not from your bakery. See the difference? This is my first time shopping here, and I think it will be the last.

10/03/2026: The opening hours are never up to date. It's a 50/50 chance it's open! And when it's closed even though it says it's open, there isn't even a sign on the storefront. Response: There's an option on Google to indicate that the establishment is closed; it might be helpful to use it in this case.

21/08/2026: After receiving several text messages, emails, and social media ads promising all-you-can-eat mussels and fries, I went to Flunch with my family. It was supposed to open at 6:45 PM, but we arrived at 7:00 PM. A sign said mussels were unavailable—what a huge disappointment! We ate there anyway and noticed that two tables had the all-you-can-eat mussels menu. Basically, it's a menu offered only to the first ten people there. It's frankly very disappointing. We come regularly and even have the membership card, but that's over.

21/08/2026: A team always smiling and attentive to customers. We're there during the week for work and are often at the end of our shift, but despite that, they still smile and do their best to make us happy. Thank you! It's easy to criticize, but at this price, there's really nothing to complain about. Hugs from the people of Tarn.
