06/04/2024: Beautiful stone walls, smiling staff and quality products
31/03/2024: This is the second time I've come to Paul's. The first time everything went well, however yesterday the service was very urgent both to choose and to clear. Certainly young students were there to learn but they must be taught that there is no point in rushing people to finish their dish in order to clear it. Very very disappointed 😞 with this 2nd visit.

06/04/2024: The hotel is not a real 4 star. Furniture in the room is not representative of an establishment of this standard, nor is the bedding. The shower floods the toilet, no curtains on the windows, TV not visible from the bed, low-end sofa and crowbar marks on the bedroom door. Very dirty carpet in common areas… Cobwebs on the ceiling and on the walls of the breakfast area where we were all crowded together, which is a shame given the space available in the “living room” part of the establishment… In the restaurant only 3 standard tables and the rest are only high tables. No olives, peanuts or others as an aperitif because not delivered… Positive point: The hotel staff is very nice.
05/04/2024: Our recent extended stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Although we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade upon arrival, this positive gesture was marred by several inconveniences. One of the main frustrations was the lack of hot water in our room for the duration of our stay. This required us to use the spa shower, which definitely affected our comfort and experience. In addition, the room was very poorly lit (n°102). Although the spa is an attractive aspect of the hotel, we were disappointed to find that it was not well equipped. However, it should be noted that the price was still reasonable. We hoped for a commercial gesture from the management to compensate for the inconveniences we encountered, which we unfortunately did not obtain. Despite these inconveniences, we would like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible under the given circumstances. In summary, although our experience was marked by some negatives, we recognize the positives as well as the efforts of the staff in meeting our needs. We hope our feedback will help improve future stays for guests of this hotel.
