10/07/2026: I had lunch at Solis today and really enjoyed the experience. The indoor dining room was pleasantly air-conditioned, which made for a welcome escape from the Paris heatwave. The food was excellent. I started with the recommended fish carpaccio, which was fresh and delicious, followed by the dorade as my main course, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. There were some delays in seating guests, and the service occasionally felt a bit inexperienced, but everyone was genuinely kind and eager to help. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience, and I would definitely recommend Solis.

28/06/2026: The food is very good. But the space is a little small. The buffet line spacing isn’t that great especially when it’s crowded. Otherwise, everything is excellent.
