28/07/2026: Time stood still here. In a Provençal square in Collobrières, accompanied by a string duo, we went for lunch at the restaurant La Terrasse Provençale. You'll be welcomed by the family: the owner, Orsan, his daughter-in-law, Célia, the owner's son, and his mother in the kitchen. Excellent, refined Provençal dishes with generous portions.
