19/12/2024: Atmosphere ok Friendly service Dishes arrived cold so the tasting was affected… This was my 2nd experience Not sure there is another one

10/12/2024: 3rd visit to the Atelier which has become our canteen during our business trips. Delicious dishes, top service.

21/01/2026: It had been a long time since I'd been here. I placed my order at the takeaway kiosk. The wait was reasonable, 10 minutes. Hardly anyone was in the dining area. A maximum of 10 customers. I drove home, less than 5 minutes away. And then, a huge disappointment. Cold fries. Cold burgers. Cold wraps too. Great, nothing's changed. Still the same problem. Lack of coordination between the staff when preparing food. I'll go to the competition... it's further away, but at least the food is hot when I eat it at home. I've lived in Ludres for 25 years... long before this McDonald's opened!!! Honestly, it's getting worse and worse over the years!!! And there's no point in telling me you're sorry. That you'll talk to your teams, etc... It doesn't change anything!!! Blah blah, always the same old story! I CONFIRM! BLAH BLAH. I COME BACK A YEAR LATER, after having decided never to come again, and still, cold fries, etc....

18/01/2026: Overall, nothing to complain about, but I'm giving it 2 stars because every time we use the click and collect service in the parking lot, the sauces for the fries are missing. Of course, we ask if they're included and they say, "Yes, yes, they're in there," when they're NOT! Stop saying yes when it's not true.

04/10/2025: We tried this pizzeria recently. The welcome was limited to a simple hello. The pizza crust was too thick for my taste and the toppings were fairly standard, with nothing particularly original. This may suit some, but I wasn't really impressed.

30/09/2025: I come to this establishment regularly, everything is perfect: the service, the food and the welcome.
