03/04/2024: Very disappointed with this restaurant. Apart from the welcome, nothing makes you want to come back. Very long service although there was no one in the restaurant. Server who is more concerned about her nails than the customers. Not very clean. Sticky menus, dirty glasses. And when I pay more for a burger than at a McDonald's, it's to get something good, which really wasn't the case.

01/04/2024: Very nice surprise! Waiter welcoming and concerned about his customers, very pleasant! Also surprised by the quality of the beef steak which was very tender, good value for money!

29/03/2024: Waited 1h20 for delivery on top of that incomplete order I'm still waiting for the children's menu with the nuggets which have still not arrived so go order elsewhere it's much better...

09/01/2024: Still closed on deliveroo/ubereats! They often get orders wrong. Sometimes for several weeks basic ingredients such as barbacoa beef are not available. Bay2's fresh burritos are disappointing

02/12/2023: Nice address in Bay 2 to change from fast food. I had a large size burrito which was very good.

06/05/2024: Tacos too salty, cheese sauce not good, curdled mayonnaise, fries hard and all broken as if they had given me the end of the packet, stingy portion and to finish a welcome that was anything but welcoming. To finish, it’s the worst kebab and tacos I’ve eaten in my life. To flee !!!

20/04/2024: Efficient staff, generous tacos with sauce and toppings, and the same for the fries, I was not left hungry.

07/03/2024: I really like the Chipotle bowls, for the portions, it’s practical because everything is done in front of you or directly behind a glass window. I don't like industrial guacamole but theirs is made on site and is very fresh, even if it costs extra I recommend it.

12/02/2024: The meat served in my burrito was full of nerves and inedible, it is unacceptable to serve this quality of ingredients.

08/05/2024: Cool place, original setting, good atmosphere, classic dish. What can I say, it's not in the Michelin guide but more deserving than a kebab I don't understand the horrible or passable reviews, go eat in starred establishments

11/04/2024: You are told to flash the QR code to see the card menu. We see beautiful photos there, we order a nice Tex Mex plate with fries and we are served new potatoes and 2 chicken drumsticks, a huge leaf of salad to decorate the plate and 1 small piece of entre-cote ... and we tell you with great confidence that these are photos of artificial intelligence that they are false and not contractual but that's only at the moment when we serve you... 23 euros anyway! The boss is rude and not pleasant at all. But great atmosphere otherwise!

30/03/2024: For groups, it's perfect. 100 people served in 1 hour 15 minutes, simple but good meal, great staff!!!

17/03/2024: We went in the second part of the evening for a drink and Karaoke. We were disappointed that the Karaoke stopped at 00:00, and we had not been informed of the entrance fee. It’s an old-fashioned Karaoke with the music in notebooks. But we had a great evening! We will come back!

21/03/2024: Worst Indian food i ever had. I took a takeaway and food was so tasteless i eventual had to throw all in the garbage. Trash for quality

15/02/2024: Was greeted by the most friendliest people, I came in feeling home sick and the food turned out to be so homely, I had beef biriyani and Masala Chai, will definitely be returning when I visit Lourdes again! Ave Maria!

17/03/2024: I walked into this restaurant by chance and my surprise was complete. It doesn't look much on the outside but the inside is soft and warm. Came to get a takeaway, I took a table there and ate alone 2 evenings in a row. The service is pleasant and the staff welcoming and friendly. The Mexican cuisine is excellent, I particularly recommend the fajitas. They also offer pizzas made in front of you over a wood fire. A beautiful place and a superb discovery. I highly recommend.

05/08/2023: I give 2 stars for one thing only; the courage and kindness of the person who served me this evening, a very pleasant young man, hoping that he finds a place worthy of his service for the future... At the very beginning during the opening (2015/2016 if I remember correctly) living at Place Roger Salengro at the time I took pleasure in coming from time, where I used to have a "salad plate" which was well stocked with beautiful raw vegetables, basmati rice, guacamole, red beans, potatoes, cheddar etc.... What was my surprise when I returned there a couple of years later... Clearly a shame in every way. No longer offers salad plates under the pretext of unfriendly packaging, all the other brands have solutions but not you?... No longer offers potatoes, no jalapeño peppers and guacamole today (although the basis of the Mexican cuisine?) in short... But in this case it would be a question of adapting your POS in restaurant, everything that is no longer on the menu or not available is indicated on the wall and on the menus... The worst part of my experience this evening will be the tasting 🤣 laughing? cry about it? I don't even know, I just hope I don't get sick. Products of really unappealing quality (to be 100% honest I wouldn't be surprised if the raw materials were purchased from a hard discounter... It would have clearly said the rice in bags that we put on the microphone for 2 minutes - waves, red beans when serving cans perhaps you should drain and rinse your products so that you do not notice with the naked eye that the can has just been opened and emptied into your gastro containers). I don't expect an objective response from the manager who knows very well what he is serving. I just find it very unfortunate for the image of the franchise (sector managers should not come by often in my opinion...) and have difficulty understanding how this business manages to hold up over time. I advise future consumers not to be fooled by their laziness like me, and if this is the case, I will recommend the franchise brewery located on the opposite corner (at least the hygiene and traceability of the products is present there ) you will pay 4-6€ more but you will eat something worthwhile and even why not Mexican depending on the menu of the moment.
