25/07/2026: I came to Chicahualco for dinner for my birthday and it was a perfect experience! The welcome was very warm, and each dish was explained before ordering if needed. Both the food and the cocktails were delicious, with very subtle flavors. I was delighted to begin exploring this cuisine.

18/07/2026: Amazing cocktails! Original and expertly prepared dishes, refined and traditional Mexican cuisine. The only slight drawback was the somewhat slow service, but we were a large table.

07/07/2026: I've never traveled to South America to be able to compare, but the ceviche was delicious and a decent portion. The tacos were good too, but it's a shame they advertise them as being for two people when there are three. I recommend it; the atmosphere and service are pleasant.

The service was impeccable, and we felt perfectly taken care of. The ceviche was absolutely delicious, very fresh, and perfectly seasoned. As for the rice pudding, it was a real treat: rich, creamy, and flavorful. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who wants to have a wonderful time. I will definitely be back. 07/07/2026: A wonderful family-friendly place to discover Mexican cuisine made with quality ingredients. We ordered a beef burrito and a chicken quesadilla, and they were absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is just as good as the food, the service is incredibly friendly, and they even explained how to take my tequila shot with the salt and citrus 🥲 Honestly, a very good experience; we'll be back.

27/06/2026: We came this evening during the broadcast of the France match and despite the restaurant being very busy, everything went very well, the atmosphere was great, perfect for watching the match, the dishes arrived quickly and were very good, the staff remained smiling and efficient despite the crowd, which is really appreciated, a special thank you to Nawel for her efficiency and her smile throughout the service, we will gladly return!

26/07/2026: Hello, I've been coming to L'Indiana regularly for two years now. Until now, we've never had any problems with anyone when we go there. BUT, this Friday, July 24, 2026, around noon, when we went there for our usual coffee, we were greeted in the worst possible way. The bartender (a young man with a sparse beard and mediocre compass-type tattoos on his forearm (I can judge too if necessary)) didn't hear us say hello to his colleague who gave us our table. Instead, for the entire time we were there (about an hour), he decided to speak loudly enough for us to hear and to judge us, even bordering on insulting us with comments like "I'll teach them some manners" and judgments about our appearance and the way we dressed. We are terribly disappointed by this atmosphere, which made us and other customers very uncomfortable. We take this very seriously and hope that the Indiana will do the same. This place, which used to be a place we enjoyed spending time, is now a place where we feel discriminated against (physically and mentally), bordering on harassment given how long it lasted. We will not return at these times if it means being insulted the entire time we are there, just for a "hello" that was ignored by a bartender who clearly has self-control issues (I want to remind you that this particular moment didn't even concern him). Furthermore, it would be better if he took responsibility for his words and didn't just decide to leave (run away) when we ask him what the problem is. In short, I hope Indiana will do what is necessary to ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again.

21/05/2026: I went to this restaurant yesterday to celebrate a birthday, and unfortunately, the experience wasn't good. From the moment we walked in, hygiene issues were apparent: the kitchen didn't look very clean, which gave a bad first impression. Once seated, we noticed dirt accumulated in the grooves and crevices of the rustic wooden table. The cutlery was already placed directly on the table, without napkins, packaging, or any other protection, which gave the impression of a lack of attention to hygiene. The service was also complicated. The waitress who greeted us was very friendly and polite, but clearly overwhelmed. She had to serve tables, manage orders, and handle payments all by herself. Several times, it was obvious she couldn't manage everything. Unfortunately, one of our orders was forgotten, and we had to wait even longer for our food. I don't think it was her fault, but rather a problem of understaffing for the restaurant's volume of customers. Furthermore, the reservation of an autistic guest was placed in the noisiest part of the restaurant, making the experience even more uncomfortable. Finally, one of the dishes arrived incorrectly. Overall, the experience was disappointing. I believe the restaurant has potential, but it urgently needs to improve its hygiene and increase the staff, as the current employee is clearly overworked. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

08/07/2026: The service was excellent, a big thank you to the waitresses! The food was superb, prepared with fresh ingredients. I especially loved the matcha with maple syrup. I highly recommend this place!
