02/04/2024: Very warm welcome with a great team and a very good atmosphere.

27/03/2024: It resists the passage of time, but has lost its atmosphere (screen broadcasting football instead of music, clips! or American landscapes?) Less wide choice of burgers than in the heyday of Indiana. But it remains very well located, friendly service, and the pulled beef burger is a change from the classic steak steak

03/04/2024: It's been a long time since I've been back, but still good. Even if today the tomatoes or beans were way too salty. But otherwise overall it was good. The servers are friendly and pleasant, it's a pleasure. The room is very clean even if a little dated, it could use a little freshening up, but it was clean.

30/03/2024: Bad experience that we had this evening with my friend. We decide to go to this restaurant to end our evening on a sweet note. We were seated at the table by a waitress. After choosing what we wanted to eat, we unfortunately waited more than 15 minutes without any waiter/waitress taking our order. We finally lost our patience after 20 minutes of waiting and decided to leave the restaurant. Very great lack of professionalism, I absolutely do not recommend this place. Customers are not considered and that is a shame... deplorable customer service!

03/04/2024: An American style cafe near Republique with a Happy Hour menu. The tables are small, and the dining room tight but the service was efficient and the food palatable. We had quesadillas. 🤔 The Tiki Ginger cocktail may have been the highlight and the steep stairs down to the dark bathrooms... the actual low point. It's an easy location to find for meeting a friend when your soul cannot handle the line at Bouillon but is meh at best and no TGIFridays. (That says a lot 😄)

26/03/2024: The butler was really rude. However, there were few people... we had to ask (kindly) 3 times for mustard before I finally got up and went to get some at the counter. The food was terrible. A burger served with a slice of soft tomato, without a salad leaf... dry bread that crumbles... fortunately the young waiter (student job) was there to raise the level with a smile. PS: stale beer. Absolutely avoid!

28/03/2024: It is located on the second floor of the building by taking the escalator. One of my life wishes was to try Chipotle. While I was on a trip to Paris, there was a branch there. The staff were so friendly that they spoke English even though I didn't understand and asked twice. It is much easier to order if you know the ordering system by searching before you go. I ordered the Bowl, and the steak was a little tough because I ate the last one left in the baht... but it still tasted good. I'm a cilantro drinker so I liked the subtle taste of cilantro, but people who don't like cilantro shouldn't eat it..ㅠ I was able to drink water at the self-serve bar with hot sauce. And there are plenty of seats inside the store! I haven't had many satisfying meals in Paris, so this review is going to be long.
