31/05/2026: Awful service on this sunny Sunday, May 31st. I was craving McDonald's, but my good mood was quickly dampened by the appalling welcome from a young woman who either dislikes people or hates her job.
She looked down on the customers, never cracked a smile, showed no concern for them, and spoke particularly harshly.
I was so shocked by such a welcome that I advised her to find another line of work. Customers shouldn't have to put up with her bad temper; it certainly doesn't make me want to come back. 🫡😡

I ordered from my restaurant's website for home delivery. One fry was missing 😤😤 It's not a big deal, but still...
And don't tell me it's the delivery driver's fault: the packaging was intact.
The last time I ordered delivery, you blamed the poor driver... It's strange, even when I eat in there's always something missing or a mistake 😤😤 It can happen to anyone, only those who do nothing make no mistakes, but it seems to happen regularly with you....

18/08/2024: Very bad experience: Sunday evening shift on August 18, 2024 around 8:30 p.m. The young woman gave a very pleasant welcome, however, she was on her personal cell phone while packing the pizzas, without being in the way in front of the customers. In addition, this same young woman allows her to collect from customers to serve them as well as to continue using her cell phone, continuing on with making other pizzas without having washed her hands in time or put gloves… We find this to be a big lack of professionalism and respect!!!
