Order taking and aperitif service were very slow.
A lack of organization in the service.
It's a shame because the food is good quality with a good price-quality ratio, and the staff is pleasant.
We would have preferred the "Tasting Menu" (starter/main course/dessert) but had to take the "Awakening Menu" (starter/main course) because one of the two starters was unavailable, and the oysters offered as a replacement were not to our liking.
I had mentioned when making the reservation that there were two birthdays, and this was not taken into account.

A wonderful discovery! The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. It's also accessible to people with reduced mobility. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. We came by chance after a recommendation from the tourist office, and we're so glad we did. Six people from the Vendée region on holiday.

A truly excellent restaurant in the region. The food was delicious and plentiful, with a special mention for the exquisitely delicate sauces. The service was impeccable and pleasant. We had a wonderful time.

I've been to Jardin des Sens twice already, and each time the experience has been impeccable.
The cuisine is simply exceptional: the ingredients are local, fresh, and showcased to perfection. Each dish is meticulously crafted, both in terms of flavor and presentation. You can feel the genuine care and passion behind every dish.
The service is also a real highlight. The waiter is very pleasant, attentive, helpful, and always accommodating, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The restaurant's atmosphere is calm, warm, and relaxed, perfect for a wonderful, stress-free meal.
It's definitely a place I recommend without hesitation, and I'll return without hesitation.

It was perfect. The welcome was truly wonderful; they offered little appetizers and petits fours for dessert. The food was exceptional: I even ate foods I don't usually like! The setting is minimalist, but the view of the basilica is beautiful. I highly recommend it!
