⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had dinner last night at the Crêperie Saint Géron in Hennebont, and it was a truly delightful experience. The dining room, overlooking the medieval ramparts, offers a magnificent setting, just steps from the historic center. The chef makes exquisite crêpes and galettes, prepared to order, with remarkable finesse. We particularly enjoyed a buckwheat galette topped with plump, flavorful scallops, as well as another with Guémené andouille sausage, generous and full of character. The service, provided by students in this small establishment with only twenty-eight seats, was absolutely top-notch: Manon, who served us that evening, was as efficient as she was welcoming. We highly recommend this restaurant, which is undoubtedly one of the best crêperies in Brittany.

The decor is lovely, you can really feel the Breton influence. The service was quick and the crepes were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant.
