05/03/2026: Overall, a warm welcome, a good meal, a good time

22/02/2026: We called at 11:30 am when they opened to make a reservation for 10 people. The manager told me that reservations weren't possible. It seems surprising, but it's true: in December, the person who turned us away and told us to eat across the street had said we could make a reservation next time. I know that reservations aren't part of Buffalo Grill's policy. But since I'd spoken to this person in December who told me the opposite, I decided to try. The person on the phone was extremely unpleasant and rude, which I pointed out to her. She told me to come in, which we did. At 12:30 pm, we were standing in front of the door with a 45-minute wait, and it wasn't even certain we'd be seated together. ... We went across the street for the umpteenth time. I don't understand how Buffalo Grill is still in business with its concept and disastrous service. When we turned around, two other families had the same experience: too long a wait and unfriendly service. Going to a restaurant is a luxury for many; it's important to remember that it's your customers who keep you in business. Something to think about.

17/01/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant. The atmosphere is quite nice, and that's about the only positive point. We chose the Winter Bowl, which, on paper, sounded incredibly appetizing. Glazed carrots??? Just plain carrots! I hope you like plain rice because the sauce must have been optional. Add a few store-bought falafels on top, and there you have it. All that for €15! We were really disappointed. The rest of the menu might be better...

03/02/2026: Unfortunately, I was disappointed by this restaurant. Some of the dishes smelled off (like they'd gone bad). It's a shame because the location and service were decent.

27/02/2026: Huge disappointment. I booked a room with a park and golf course view. Instead, I ended up with a parking lot view because, according to the receptionist, the view would otherwise have overlooked the construction site. This was never mentioned on the website or at the time of booking, which I find unacceptable. Furthermore, I found myself in a tiny entrance shared by two rooms, set back from the main corridor. The two doors were so close together that every time my neighbor entered or left their room, I felt like someone was entering mine, and I jumped every time. As a young woman traveling alone, I was absolutely uncomfortable with this proximity... So much for peace and relaxation. The room itself is indeed outdated; it's time for a renovation. Breakfast is very basic; for €20, drinks are served from a vending machine, like you'd find in a waiting room. I'll let you judge the view for yourselves, as this is the reality of the hotel right now, and it's absolutely not mentioned on the website. There's a complete lack of information and a discrepancy with the reservation, and I don't intend to let it go, especially since the manager, acting in bad faith, refused to listen to anything I said. Clearly, he just wants to fill his hotel, regardless of the final customer satisfaction. The only positive points are the quality of the spa, although the pool water was rather cold for my liking, and the quality of the service and the staff, who were very pleasant and professional.

23/02/2026: For the daily rate, we found the services lacked variety and the value for money wasn't there. The water in the main pool wasn't warm enough, and the lower and outdoor jacuzzis were only lukewarm, which wasn't very pleasant. There are three different saunas, which is nice, but it feels repetitive. It might have been interesting to offer other types of spaces to diversify the experience more. The buffet, on the other hand, was very good; no complaints there. There weren't enough showers available, so we had to wait. Finally, there were far too many relaxation areas but not enough varied facilities compared to other establishments in a similar price range. (Qc Terme Chamonix) Overall, the experience was still acceptable, but improvements are needed to fully justify the price.

13/02/2026: Way too expensive! €9.50 for a kebab and fries, €8.50 for a kebab wrap that's more like a regular wrap. €8 for a small piece of meat?! What are these prices?! We're in Ploërmel, it's even cheaper in Elven, near Vannes!

07/02/2026: So, ordering a three-cheese panini that's barely warm and the cheese isn't melted at all is just awful. Give me my money back.
