16/02/2026: We'd been wanting to come here for a while, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the menus – it was flawless! Everything was perfect, the dishes were of exceptional quality, prepared with a true love of cooking. The service was impeccable, the staff truly attentive to their guests. The cheese platter was outstanding and definitely not to be missed for cheese lovers! We will be back, that's for sure!

I'm updating my review, which I've posted every time I've been there!) Fresh, high-quality ingredients for delicious dishes, accompanied by good wines, beautiful and delicious desserts, and wonderful cheeses to finish the meal!!

08/10/2023: I really liked the bar Restaurant le chteau fort, in Sierck les Bains. Always well suited. to have something to eat and drink there. If the weather is right you can also sit outside on the small terrace. The offering is okay and the prices are moderate. Was just there again today at lunchtime. And then strolled through the medieval alley in the neighborhood.
