23/04/2026: The maternity ward is fantastic! I came from Poitiers to give birth in Cognac. The staff were kind and attentive. I had a wonderful birth, exactly as I wanted. The hypnosis sessions beforehand were very beneficial. If I had to go back to giving birth, I would choose this hospital again. A top-notch team that truly listens to its patients. Thank you again to the entire medical team! 😃

31/03/2026: The telephone reception service is appalling. This is the fifth time I've tried to cancel an appointment, and each time I'm told they're transferring me to the appropriate department. It's impossible to get through to the service; I've been on hold for over 45 minutes and still haven't been able to cancel my appointment. I live in Angoulême. Do I have to travel there in person to cancel an appointment? I find this unacceptable.
