Sofra
Saint-Maximin-La-Sainte-Baume
13/10/2026: This restaurant thrives on its owner, a woman with heart and soul, which radiates throughout the evening. The quality of the food was outstanding, as was the taste: couscous with lamb shank, accompanied by a good rosé. Reservations are essential.
12/10/2026: Takeaway couscous for 8 people, good advice on quantities without any pressure to order more... truly excellent couscous, a relaxed and friendly welcome, no hesitation, you can go there with your eyes closed. The owner is "quite eccentric" in a good way, friendly, welcoming, and down-to-earth. We'll be back.
